Their affordable price point and ideal location make them a popular hotel, and the understated, modern furnishings cater to the younger demographic which they are targeting. Row wanted to increase their summer bookings, so GCommerce decided a Facebook & Instagram-exclusive offer would be a good way to reach their target audience and achieve the property’s goals. GCommerce used captivating imagery of Times Square to show the fast-paced nature of the area and used the term “exclusive” in the ad copy to let people know they could not find the promotion on any other sites, encouraging direct bookings. Over the month of August, the campaign generated 133 reservations and achieved a return of more than 133x.
