The Jr. Technical Project Manager at GCommerce is responsible for the overall success of our Custom and DRA Website projects and owns these projects from start to finish. The Jr. Technical Project Manager is responsible for working with all internal and external resource teams to complete client projects within projected labor hours and costs. Communication and organization are critical to this position.

Core Project Management Skills

  • Ability to forecast and price all labor and costs for prospective DRA projects
  • Ability to perform technical audits and understand the budgetary/time constraints of each project
  • Ability to demonstrate and communicate effectively GCommerce processes to clients
  • Must be able to problem-solve and be as resourceful as possible during high volume times
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at once and provide accurate budgetary and resource KPI’s across all projects on a regular basis

Desired Skills

  • Excellent deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use various project management tools and solutions effectively
  • One year of Project Management experience within an agency environment
  • Understanding of UX design
  • Bachelor's in marketing, computer science, engineering or similar preferred
  • Basic HTML and WordPress CMS experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Web Operations Manager and SVP-Operations
  • Work directly with developers and other team members with GCommerce
  • Ensure DRA projects are accurately scoped and client expectations are kept in line with project scope and budget
  • Regularly communicate all project requirements and timelines to both clients and team members
  • Ensure projects are implemented according to requirements and launched on a timely basis
  • Manage each project vision and communicate with all parties involved
  • Refine, follow and implement successful QA processes
  • Integrate content and follow basic editing best practices
  • Organize photography, text content and client assets
  • Edit images in Photoshop
  • Conduct QA procedures and multiple device/OS testing
  • Ensure all web projects meet our QA standards
  • Assist with CMS related questions and issues
  • Conduct final product & CMS training

The Jr. Project Manager at GCommerce is a hybrid role responsible for the overall success of our DRA Website projects and owns these projects from start to finish. The Jr. Project Manager is responsible for working with all internal and external resource teams to complete client projects within projected labor hours and costs. Communication and organization are critical to this position. Please provide writing samples, as this position requires occasional copywriting and content creation.

  • Ability to write and edit copy in a WordPress CMS
  • Ability to understand the budgetary/time constraints of each project
  • Ability to demonstrate and communicate effectively GCommerce processes to clients
  • Must be able to problem-solve and be as resourceful as possible during high volume times
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at once and provide accurate budgetary and resource KPI’s across all projects on a regular basis

Digital Marketing Development Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Development Specialist who has experience working with Google Tag Manager and Javascript. The position is responsible for the technical onboarding and ongoing support for all marketing platforms and technologies. The position is also responsible for troubleshooting and conducting related analysis, tagging, testing and reporting when needed. The Digital Marketing Development Specialist will also need to understand basic marketing strategies and goals in order to collaborate with team members and provide unique solutions as it relates to GCommerce’s client goals and respective technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and all operational teams to install, configure and use web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Doubleclick (or other)
  • Develop innovative strategies for tracking and tagging, and perform quality assurance tests on tracking implementations
    Manage the Google Tag Manager (GTM) platform
  • Develop and modify JavaScript code to execute web analytics strategies
  • Collaborate with operational teams for the implementation of data needed to be captured
  • Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs.
  • Own the creation of technical development documentation and launch processes.
