We are looking for a Digital Marketing Development Specialist who has experience working with Google Tag Manager and Javascript. The position is responsible for the technical onboarding and ongoing support for all marketing platforms and technologies. The position is also responsible for troubleshooting and conducting related analysis, tagging, testing and reporting when needed. The Digital Marketing Development Specialist will also need to understand basic marketing strategies and goals in order to collaborate with team members and provide unique solutions as it relates to GCommerce’s client goals and respective technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients and all operational teams to install, configure and use web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Doubleclick (or other)
  • Develop innovative strategies for tracking and tagging, and perform quality assurance tests on tracking implementations
  • Manage the Google Tag Manager (GTM) platform
  • Develop and modify JavaScript code to execute web analytics strategies
  • Collaborate with operational teams for the implementation of data needed to be captured
  • Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs.
  • Own the creation of technical development documentation and launch processes.

Marketing | Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage digital marketing strategies on behalf of our hotel and resort clients, support business objectives, foster customer retention, create training and on-boarding material for new marketing specialists, provide sales support, and be a contributing member to the Management Team. Responsibilities:
  • Participate as an active team member on the Manager’s Team
  • Provide leadership and mentorship within the Marketing Department as well as the company at large
  • Provide training to Marketing Specialists
  • Create training materials for the department
  • Create SOPs for the department
  • Own digital marketing best practices and standards within the organization, including Reporting, Measurement and Return on Investment (ROI)/Return on Ad Spend for digital campaigns.
  • Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating marketing targets/briefs.
  • Partner with the search marketing, account services and web dev/design departments to develop specific digital strategies and identify requirements for all marketing assignments, including: email, banner ads, landing pages, social media and website assessments and updates.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing Specialists on the team to oversee digital projects and advertising campaigns from concept to implementation.
  • Achieve fluency in email platforms to create strategy, brainstorm offers and packages, provide creative ideas, launch regular email campaigns, assist with database management and provide reporting and analysis.
  • Achieve fluency in eCRM platforms and triggered email strategies.
  • Create and execute ongoing social media strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling.
  • Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter or off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights.
  • Use analytic tools to track, monitor and optimize digital presence and campaigns based on historical performance.
  • Understand and use DoubleClick Bid Manager as an RTB platform for our clients for display advertising.
  • Write marketing plans based upon an agreed strategy for the client.
  • Research, present, contract and execute direct media buys.
  • Drive results through defining and delivering digital marketing KPIs.
  • Act as a resource to Account Services and the Business Development team when speaking to clients and/or prospects to provide more detailed understanding of digital marketing
  • Assist with GCommerce brand marketing initiatives

Sales Development Representative

The position of Sales Development Representative (SDR) will cover a broad range of responsibilities pursuant to the goal of driving qualified sales leads and new business growth for GCommerce. The SDR will act as the liaison between our marketing and sales teams to drive business development prospecting campaigns. The role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers and keeping GCommerce top-of-mind with key sales targets through a systematic flow of content and sales enquiry through a combination of email marketing, LinkedIn outreach and “warm” calling.
