With over 30 years of experience in the Data & Technology industry, Sudhir is a seasoned executive and innovator in hospitality technology. As the co-owner and CEO/CTO of multiple product technology startups in the hospitality sector, Sudhir drives cutting-edge solutions that redefine industry standards.

Before becoming a startup leader, Sudhir spent 25 years at Hilton Hotels Worldwide, holding various executive roles and leading transformative technology initiatives. Recognized as an industry thought leader, Sudhir frequently speaks at Gartner and other major tech and data conferences, shaping discussions on the future of hospitality and technology.

Beyond the corporate world, Sudhir serves as an adjunct professor at business schools in Washington, D.C., sharing expertise with the next generation of industry leaders. Passionate about social impact, Sudhir founded the Olympian Chandrasekhar Menon Trust, a trust in his dad’s name, a 2 time Olympian in soccer,  supporting healthcare and sports programs in India.
