Temecula Creek Inn is one of the top destinations for California getaways. GCommerce created messaging that promoted the resort as a getaway from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles and San Diego. Knowing that the majority of reservations come from within California, it was very important to utilize specific messaging and targeting to appeal to the local drive market. GCommerce appealed to California natives by using language such as “staycation." Weddings are a significant component of the overall success of the resort. By utilizing imagery and messaging to reach brides on Facebook through a newly created Facebook Canvas, wedding RPF's were driven with a custom mobile experience. Upon reviewing the demographics and geographics of the highest converting and highest qualified leads, GCommerce was able to determine the ideal audience for increasing wedding RFP submissions.
